What good counsel! And please don’t stop doing those thoughtful things. It’s been three years since one of my best friends went to heaven, and the hole that left is still deep and hard to deal with…. Grief is a very lonely journey. It seems that as soon as I could say her name without tears, people assumed I was okay. Not true! I encourage you to continue “just” being there. ❤️

Prayer for Penny! You’re a good friend Stacy! A local police officer lost his life two years ago from a bee sting his wife has now become a grief counselor. She has also written a book about what she went through. Her name is Whitney Lyn Allen. Here is a link to her if Penny would be interested at some point to check it out.

Keeping Penny and family in my thoughts and prayers.

100% true. February 7th will be two years since my younger brother collapsed and died suddenly and there are no words anyone can say to take away the pain but people just being there is huge, even now ❤️
